Our company provides a one year warranty on your plant investment. We agree to make a one time replacement of any woody or perennial plant that fails to survive the first year after planting. The plant replacement and labor will be free of charge.

This guarantee is valid as long as the account is paid when due, and that proper maintenance has been provided by the homeowner. There are a few exceptions to this warranty. It does not cover plant loss caused by vandalism or acts of nature. Also, on site plant transplants, seeding and sod installations, rose shrubs and annual flowers are not covered under the warranty.
